All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 days, during sale and holiday seasons this period may be extended to 7 days due to the volume of orders. Orders are sent out through our post international courier. Once orders are dispatched we are no longer able to cancel or change the shipping address. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email.

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or DPD and are despatched Monday - Friday.

For customers ordering within the EU, Royal Mail or DPD will aim to deliver your parcel within 3 - 7 working days of shipment.
USA AND THE REST OF THE WORLD

For customers ordering from the USA and Rest of the world, please allow up to 5 - 10 working days to receive your parcel. Note time zone differences when purchasing from our website as any orders placed after 4pm, will be posted the next working day.
